GMOPN Parkrun / Parkwalk

Parkrun is a free, friendly community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or simply come along and cheer. The 5K event takes place every Saturday morning.

Alex will be walking, but do whatever feels right for you. Walk with Alex, go at your own pace, volunteer or support from the sidelines. The Parkrun starts at 9:00 am.  We will end with a post run coffee at Alexandra Pavilion.

It’s a relaxed way to get outdoors, be active, meet people, and get involved in the local community.
