+ Job opportunity - GM Older People’s Mental Health Development Worker at Macc

Are you passionate about improving mental health support for older people?

 

We are looking for someone to work alongside the Greater Manchester Older People’s Network on an exciting new project to involve older people in the development of mental health services across Greater Manchester. Funded by and working in partnership with the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care partnership, the network will make older people’s voices heard in the planning, design and delivery of mental health support.

 

The role will be flexible with some office work from Macc’s base in Manchester City Centre, and home working. Macc has a flexible working policy. For this post we are particularly encouraging applications from people aged 50+.

 

The role is funded for 12 months initially with an option to extend for a further year.

 

Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible time)

Salary: £25,991 per annum

Location: Flexible: Macc office base in Manchester City Centre but with opportunities to work from home subject to the needs of the role
